Is there anyone in Los Angeles who can disconnect my Check Engine Light?

I have a 2000 Toyota Solara. I failed my smog inspection because the Check Engine light is on in my dashboard. Everything else passed. I live in Marina del Rey. Can someone please rest my check engine light for me?
