How much do you think rent would be in marina district of San Francisco?

I'm looking to move in with others...maybe a room in a house. Something. I want to specifically be in the marina. I hate where I live now..so I'm making some changes, since my family doesn't care to help me or anything...any word on what would be in a condo or town house?
